Job Profile:
- Project Lead to gather requirements by attending calls with business partners, and create requirement and use case documents.
- Work with Architects and technical teams to design new application enhancements.
- Work on various design deliverables and ensure all design objects created meet client and Syntel technical standards.
- Perform release management tasks for monthly production application releases.
- Participate in Story grooming, and estimation.
- Work on development, maintenance and enhancement of applications.
Required Skills:

- Self starter required with minimal supervision on day to day tasks
