Job Profile:

• Project Lead to gather requirements by attending calls with business partners, and create requirement and use case documents.
• Work with Architects and technical teams to design new application enhancements.
• Work on various design deliverables and ensure all design objects created meet client and Syntel technical standards.
• Perform release management tasks for monthly production application releases.
• Participate in Story grooming, and estimation.
• Work on development, maintenance and enhancement of applications.
